Important Pricing Information
The LogixSaaS Shopify app is provided free of charge. LogixSaaS does not charge merchants a subscription or usage fee for the Shopify app. LogixSaaS provides courier management software that couriers use to receive and process Shopify orders. Courier delivery, COD collection, fulfillment, warehousing, call-center, and other logistics charges — where applicable — are defined and charged by the merchant's courier under that courier's service terms. What Your Courier May Charge Separately
LogixSaaS is courier management software. Couriers that use our platform may offer delivery, COD, fulfillment, and related services to Shopify merchants. Those operational services — and their prices — are provided by the courier, not sold as Shopify app fees by LogixSaaS.
Courier & Delivery
Your courier provides delivery for Shopify orders, including last-mile delivery. Delivery rates are set by that courier based on location, zone, package characteristics, and the service you select — LogixSaaS does not define those charges.
Cash on Delivery
If your courier offers COD, collection and remittance follow their service terms. Any COD fees are charged by the courier for that operational service — they are not Shopify app fees and are not set by LogixSaaS.
Fulfillment
Where your courier offers fulfillment or warehousing, receiving, storage, packing, and dispatch are provided under their service arrangement. Those charges come from the courier based on capacity and services used.
Call Center / Order Confirmation
Some couriers offer call-center or order-confirmation support. Where available, those services and their fees are determined by the courier under your agreement with them.
